Primary Care?
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is an innovative healthcare model that focuses on providing accessible, affordable, and personalized primary care services. At Tibbens Family Medicine, our DPC services include comprehensive, patient-centered care without the need for insurance billing. Instead, you’ll pay a straightforward monthly membership fee for most primary care services and unprecedented access with same day or next day appointments!
This model allows Dr. Tibbens to spend more time with you, build a stronger relationship, and deliver high-quality care with greater convenience and transparency.

For plans with children only, the monthly cost would be the highest rate child plus $25 for each additional child. For example, an infant and a 4 year old would be $125 per month. But a 4 year old and an 8 year old would be $75 per month.
